Mark your calendar for Friday, August 5th through Sunday, August 7th when the 2016 Riverfront Blues Festival will bring the best of the blues to Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park.

This annual Wilmington tradition is a three-day, outdoor music festival held on the historic Wilmington riverfront. The festival has featured many memorable performances from notable blues artists like Koko Taylor, Pinetop Perkins and Elvin Bishop.

“The Blues Festival always brings energy and excitement to the Riverfront,” said Mayor Dennis P. Williams. “The Blues Festival, like our other music concerts, serves as a way to bring visitors to Wilmington and showcase all our city has to offer.”
